Notes on data protection

The protection of your personal rights when processing personal data is an important concern for qprem qualified premises. We process personal data collected during visits to our website in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the entity responsible for data processing is based, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Collection of anonymous usage data.

When you visit our websites, our web servers store by default the IP address and the domain from which access is made, the date and time of the visit, the website that you visit with us, as well as technical information about the visit (http method, http version, http status code, length of data transmitted, browser used).

2. Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, a survey, a competition or for the performance of a contract.

3. Purpose limitation of the use and passing on of personal data

Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it to us. Furthermore, no personal data will be transferred to third parties. 5. Right to information, right to correction

Upon request, qprem will inform you in writing whether and which personal data about you are stored by us. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up to date, incorrect information has been stored, we will correct this after informing you in writing.

6. Security

Your data is protected by qprem by technical and organizational security measures to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures, such as data encryption, are regularly improved in line with technological developments.

7. Links to websites of other providers

Our website may contain links to websites of other providers. qprem has verified at the time of linking that the directly linked pages were free of illegal content. However, qprem has no influence on the content of the linked pages and cannot monitor them continuously. Therefore, qprem does not assume any liability for the contents of the linked pages that were changed after the link was set. This privacy policy does not apply to the linked websites of other providers.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you have the option to deactivate this function in your browser. qprem uses cookies to make the use more friendly, effective and secure. Our cookies do not contain any person-specific information. The cookies we use are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Of course, you can also view our website without cookies. However, this may lead to functional restrictions of our offers.

9. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website as well as advertising measures.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes website usage data on our behalf and is contractually committed to measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.

• Technical information such as browser, Internet provider, terminal device and screen resolution
• Source of origin of your visit (i.e. via which website or advertising medium you came to us)

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that can be used to recognize you during future website visits.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous profiles of users. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

If you do not agree with the collection, you can prevent this with the one-time installation of the Browser-Add-ons to disable Google Analytics or by rejecting cookies via our cookie settings dialog.

10. Reservation

In order to keep up with the constant development of the Internet, qprem may adapt this data protection declaration at any time in compliance with data protection law.
